Buy any of our kits and come to our lab in Brussels to make your garment with us. If you have trouble completing the piece within our time frame of reference and the final result is not high end, you are a junior learner. Junior learners are not compensated, they can buy kits to practice, or they can practice with their own materials and our free patterns. Junior learners can help crews in basic tasks, like folding, ironing or pinning.
Junior makers can produce our luxury basics with good quality but exceed our production time frame. They receive free material but are paid a standard amount per item.
Makers and Masters can produce luxury basics with high end quality, meeting or improving our production time frame. They receive free material and are paid approximately 30/40 EUR per hour.

No, it’s enough for you to complete our exercises within the required levels of quality and speed.
Unfortunately not. You prove your competence by completing the exercises that we have prepared within the time and quality limits that we have set.
Yes, you can register using the form below to join the waiting list for our our centre in Brussels.
You only pay for the training if you are a junior learner, and you only pay for the session that you take. The cost is 12 EUR for a session of three hours. Three hours is the minimum amount of time where you can reasonably learn and get up to speed.
wear | us is investing a lot of resources to create learn&work environments that are beautiful beyond expectations. We organise little performances and parallel activities while you learn&work, so you can have fun, or stay updated and discuss about the things that are happening in the world, or lean something new and unexpected. For this reason, we prefer if you show up and learn&work at our centre.
However, if you have special circumstances and absolutely need to work from home, we can arrange differently based on your specific needs.
Any master maker is allowed to assess your level. However her/his decision is reviewed by the other master makers before your level is confirmed.
At the moment wear | us levels are not recognized by official certification schemes. We are working on that.
wear | us is currently looking for other spaces across Europe that are open to make luxury basics for themselves and for their neighbours. If you know a workshop, a lab, a maker space or a group of neighbours in your town that could be interested, please let us know.
